Is Clemson the best small sports city in the U.S.?

A recent report came out that listed Clemson as the best small sports city in America. Wallethub released their report in which they researched nearly 400 cities small and large across the country, to determine their rankings. To determine the cities where the game is always on regardless of season, WalletHub compared small to large cities across the five largest sports in the U.S.: football, basketball, baseball, hockey and soccer.
