A suspect in a deadly shooting at a fast food restaurant is back in custody in the Low Country after officials say he fled the United States. Officials say 20 year old, Anthony Prioleau of Summerville fled to Indonesia after a fatal shooting at the Sonic in the Ladson Community, in January.
That shooting left 18 year old, Kymani Baker dead. Police say, Prioleau fled to Washington, DC after the shooting. He then allegedly obtained a temporary passport and flew to Indonesia. He was taken into custody by Indonesian authorities weeks after the shooting. He was transferred into the custody of the U.S. Marshals at the Atlanta Airport, Friday.
Police say 34 year old, Roger Daniels Jr. has also been charged with accessory in the case. Investigators claim he helped arrange flights and money transfers to aid in Prioleau's escape.
Prioleau has since been extradited back to the Low Country and is being held in Dorchester County. He's charged with murder and a weapons violation.
