The suspect driver in a New Years Eve crash in the Upstate that killed four people has been denied bond for the 2nd time. The suspect Nicholas Meeks was charged with four counts of fatal DUI.
Meeks was initially denied bond in January and on Friday was again denied bond. Police say Meeks crashed into another vehicle killing four people.
The four who died have been identified as Audrey Ross, Josh Ward, Jade Bruton and Amanda Leroux. Meeks is expected to go to trial on the charges, a court date has not been set.
