A Westminster man is now the third person charged in connection to an accidental shooting that left a teenager dead, last week. The Oconee County Sheriff's Office says 23 year old, John Devin Wilbanks has been charged with unlawful sell of handgun.
Investigators say, Wilbanks sold the gun used in the shooting to the teenager responsible. The 15 year old was charged with involuntary manslaughter after his 15 year old friend died from the shooting, last Thursday.
The woman who reportedly had custody of the teenage suspect, 33 year old Davina Brown was arrested the following day on a charge of unlawfully placing a child at risk.
