Bond has once again been denied for biological man who identifies as a woman after being charged with threatening the life of a member of Congress.
As we previously reported, 19 year old Samuel Cain of Greenville who goes by the alias Roxie Wolfe was arrested in May for threatening the life of Congressman Nancy Mace.
Officials say Cain is a trans-activist who posted the death threat on social media in late April. Cain was back in court last Friday and was denied bond for the third time since his arrest
