Two former deputies from the Upstate that have died in recent years were enshrined in the South Carolina Law Enforcement Hall Of Fame, Wednesday.
Former Spartanburg County Sheriff's Office Deputies Austin Aldridge and John Berry III were among those inducted during a ceremony in Columbia.

Berry died from complications caused by Covid-19 in September of 2021. Aldridge was shot and killed in the line of duty, in June of last year while responding to a domestic violence call.
The latest induction ceremony brings the total number of former officers honored in the Hall Of Fame's Memorial Room to over 420.
