A leading manufacturer of modular homes is setting up shop in Oconee County. Impact Housing Group says, it plans to invest 30 million dollars and create well over 200 jobs there in the next five years.
The company's new operation will be located at the Oconee Industry and Technology Park in Westminster. Governor Henry McMaster said "With their expertise in affordable housing, Impact Housing Group will be a great addition to South Carolina and Oconee County."
