A new monument was unveiled in the Upstate yesterday to honor disabled veterans. The monument was unveiled at the Veterans Pointe Memorial in Duncan Park during the Veterans Day celebration.
A crowd gathered at Duncan Park for the ceremony to honor thousands of disabled veterans in Spartanburg County. A parade was also held in Downtown Spartanburg Monday in honor of Veterans Day.
