Additional charges have been filed against a York County man who's already in custody. The Spartanburg County Sheriff's Office says 36 year old Paul Mitchell Palmer was arrested in Late November in York County. That arrest came after a victim reported incidents in both counties.
Palmer remains in custody in York County, however he faces a list of new charges from Spartanburg County. Investigators there say a 2nd victim has now come forward. Palmer now faces 12 more total counts for child sex crime charges and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
