An Upstate man and a North Georgia woman are facing drug trafficking charges after a major meth bust. The Franklin County Sheriff's Office says, a stop was conducted on a vehicle after the driver committed traffic violations.

The Sheriff's Office says a search of the vehicle uncovered 10 pounds of meth, a hand gun and a digital bill counter. The driver Grayson Brewer of Lavonia and the passenger Charles Stowers of Greenville were both arrested.

They are both charged with trafficking meth and various other crimes. The Sheriff's Office says additional charges could be forthcoming.
