The death of a teenager who had been reported missing has led to a murder arrest in the mountains of Western North Carolina.
As we previously reported, The Buncombe County Sheriff's Office responded to a report of a dead person at a home in the Candler Community, earlier this month. There 18 year old, Joseph Solomon Rose was found after being shot.
Rose had been reported missing to the Asheville Police Department December 2nd. A few days after his body was found, a vehicle was recovered in Jackson County that had been at the scene.
The suspect 21 year old, Johnathan David Paleno was then arrested. He's charged with 1st degree murder and is being held without bond in Buncombe County.
