A Western North Carolina woman is going to prison after a child was abducted and abused. The Buncombe County Sheriff's Office says, the charges against 29 year old, Nancy Grace Justice stem from an incidents involving a minor in 2024. The juvenile had been reported as a runaway.
Justice pleaded guilty to charges of child abduction and indecent acts with a minor. She will serve a minimum of nearly 4 years and a maximum of almost 7 years.
Another defendant in the case, Kobee Wynn pled guilty to child sex crime charges and is set to serve at least a decade in prison.
