One person is dead and a suspect is in custody after a shooting in the Upstate, Thursday night. The Greenwood County Sheriff's Office responded to a home in Ware Shoals, just after 8 PM.
Upon arrival, deputies found a man dead after suffering multiple gunshot wounds. Deputies identified the suspect, as 42 year old Justin Rawlins Moody, he was linked to the crime scene after the search of a nearby home.
Moody was then taken into custody, he is charged with murder, armed robbery, 1st degree burglary and a weapons violation. The Greenwood County Coroner's Office has identified the victim as 48 year old, Oscar Rubio.
