A missing Anderson County man's body has been found. The Anderson County Sheriff's Office reports the body of Phillip Hughey of Williamston was found on Cox Lake Road south of the Anderson Jockey Lot.
The body showed signs of multiple traumatic injuries, which likely led to his death several days ago. Hughey's death has been ruled a homicide and is under investigation by the Anderson County Sheriff's Office.
