"Naked" - the Mounted Patrol HORSE, served Richland County at community events, most notably the Walk a Mile in Her Shoes event, where men walk in high heels to stand up against sexual violence.

Announced Thursday via social media, Richland County Sheriff Leon Lott sadly reported 29 year old "Naked" passed away Wednesday, March 27th, from medical complications. She is buried in the pasture she loved roaming so much.

The reason she was named Naked, was for Public Relations.... because who wouldn't want to see their County Sheriff "ride Naked."
