A North Georgia man accused of child sex crimes will remain on house arrest, as part of his. The GBI charged Jeremy Leonard Green in 2021 with child molestation, statutory rape, enticing a child for indecent purposes and attempted sexual exploitation of a minor.
Investigators say allegations against Green date back nearly a decade. The family of victim Jennifer Cobb says Green served as her gymnastics coach and began grooming her at the age of 12.
Cobb spoke at Green's bond hearing after his arrest, shortly after that she took her own life. Yesterday, a judge in Hart County denied Green's motion to lift house arrest as a condition of his bond.
