An Oconee County man is facing charges after a home there, Tuesday. The Oconee County Sheriff's Office responded to a home on Rosa Drive in West Union to a report of a man armed with a knife.
Upon arrival, deputies found that a room in the house was on fire. The suspect was identified as 32 year old, Brandon Kyle Stancil.
Deputies say he was armed with a knife at the time of his arrest. Stancil is charged with 2nd degree arson.
