An Oconee County man is in custody on a child sex crime charge. 21 year old, Marvin Francisco Funes Lobo of Walhalla was booked around 1:30 AM Thursday morning for 2nd degree criminal sexual conduct with a minor.
Investigators say that Lobo entered the residence of a minor through the minor's bedroom window Tuesday evening. Lobo reportedly had sex with the minor and left the home.
The Oconee County Sheriff's Office has not released the gender or age of the victim. Lobo remains in custody in Oconee County on a bond of $150,000.
