One person is dead and four others are injured after a Christmas Day crash in Western North Carolina. The two vehicle collision happened on Highway 191 in Henderson County.
The North Carolina Highway Patrol says the driver of a Honda CRV lost control, went less of the center line and hit a Ford Pickup truck head on. The driver of the Honda was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver of the truck, his wife and children were all injured and were taken to a hospital for non-life threatening injuries.
The deceased has been identified as 52 year old, Silverio Torres Sanchez of Hendersonville.
