One person is injured after a weekend shooting in the Upstate. The Greenville County Sheriff's Office responded to a reported assault in the area of White Horse Road, around 2AM Sunday.
Deputies arrived and learned that a victim had been taken to a local hospital with a gunshot wound. As of Sunday afternoon the victim was said to be in serious condition.
No arrests have been made, as of the time of this report. Anyone with info on the shooting is urged to contact Crime Stoppers at 23-Crime.
