The victim of a fatal single-vehicle loss-of-control accident has been identified.
Troopers say the driver was thrown from the vehicle when it ran off of Cleveland Pike Road in the Madison community of Oconee County and hit a ditch Sunday afternoon.
Oconee County Coroner, Karl Addis, said the driver of the vehicle was 39 year old Carl Cagney O'Kelley. He was alone in the vehicle.
