Three suspects are in custody but one remains at large following a weekend shooting in North Georgia. On Saturday, the Toccoa PD responded to a gunshot victim arriving at Stephens County Hospital. The GBI was called into help with the investigation.
It was then determined the shooting happened at a house on West Whitman Street in Toccoa a heated argument. 21 year old Zatorian Lacy was arrested on charges of obstruction and disorderly conduct. 28 year old Christopher Lacy and 20 year old, Shane Lacy were both arrested for making false statements during the investigation.
The alleged shooter 22 year old Larquavious Colbert, also known as "Shine" is wanted and remained at large, as of the time of this report. Colbert is wanted on charges of shooting near a public highway, plus aggravated assault and battery charges.
