Police are searching for answers after a major copper theft at an Upstate hospital construction site. The Central Police Department says, several shipping containers were broken into at the Anmed Hospital site on Eighteen mile road.
The site is a facility that is currently under construction. Investigators say the incident happened sometime between this past Saturday and Monday morning.
Officials report that over 100,000 dollars worth of copper pipe was stolen, along with other materials and a brand new Bobcat vehicle.
