A Greenville based developer has announced plans for the 100 plus acre site behind the former Greenville-Pickens Speedway site. The project revealed Wednesday calls for an initial investment of 100 million dollars.
When its done the new Speedway Business and Technology Park will be made up of as much as 600 acres of industrial real estate. Reality Link is the development company behind the project.
Local politician Stan Tzouvelekas works for the company and is currently seeking tenants for the new development.
