Future plans are a-go for the site that used to house the fabled "Old brown box" in Greenville.
The City Of Greenville's Design Review Board unanimously approved plans for a development to construct a two tower building on the old Greenville Memorial Auditorium site.
The buildings are set to have over 340 apartments and 12,000 square feet of restaurant and commercial space.
A walking bridge over 385 from the new site to the Bon Secours Wellness Arena is also planned for the site. Developers say construction is expected to start early next year.
