An Upstate landmark is closed indefinitely. Officials in Oconee County say Stumphouse Tunnel just north of Walhalla has been closed due to a sinkhole being found in the area. The public has been urged to not attempt to enter or access the tunnel during the closure.
Officials say, Issaqueena Falls is still open during the closure of the tunnel. Oconee County says they are working with the SCDOT and others to determine the next steps for the tunnel.
