An Upstate man who's already a registered sex offender is being charged with child sex crimes. The Union County Sheriff's Office says an investigation was launched after they were notified that 68 year old, Marion Eugene Palmer of Jonesville had child pornography on his phone.
After searching the phone deputies found images of children under 18. Palmer was arrested and is charged with three counts of sexual exploitation of a minor.
