Another Upstate man is facing child pornography charges. State Attorney General Alan Wilson says 58 year old, Thomas Earl Piper of Greer was arrested earlier this week. Investigators say Piper possessed multiple files that contained images of children being sexually abused.
Piper is charged with 4 counts of 3rd Degree Sexual Exploitation Of A Minor. He is the 6th Upstate man to be arrested on similar charges since the beginning of last week.
