A suspect is in custody after a weekend arson incident at an Upstate school. The Greenville Police Department responded Saturday to Legacy Charter School.
Upon arrival, two school buses were found burning. The fires were extinguished, an investigation determined that four buses in total had suffered significant damage.
SLED and the ATF were called in to assist in the investigation. 39 year old, Charles E. Williamson has been arrested in connection to the incident. He's charged with four counts of breaking into vehicles and four counts of arson.
