Excitement abounds as the SEC Women's Basketball Tournament invades the Upstate this week and the top ranked team in the nation, number one South Carolina will be on display.
The SEC Women's Tournament returns to the Bon Secours Wellness Arena in Greenville, after being played in Nashville last year. The Well hosted the tournament from 2019 through 2021 and is set to be the host site from now through 2025.
South Carolina has won two of the last three conference tournament titles. They also have now won the regular season title in back to back years, marking three times in the last four seasons. South Carolina is the #1 seed and will play in the Quarterfinals Friday at noon, against the winner of Thursday's game between Missouri and Arkansas.
The 1st of two Semifinal games are set for 430, Saturday afternoon. The Conference Finals will be Sunday afternoon. ESPN's College Gameday will eminate live from Greenville prior to the Championship Game.
