A Seneca man is facing charges after allegedly sexually assaulting a teenager. The Oconee County Sheriff's Office says 42 year old, Timothy Reshawn Leland is charged with 3rd degree criminal sexual conduct.
The investigator started when a deputy responded to Oconee Memorial Hospital last month after a minor reported being sexually assaulted.
Investigators say the victim picked Leland up from his home in Seneca on September 6th and he later sexually assaulted the victim in the Walhalla area.
