A Seneca woman is facing charges after she allegedly had sex with a teenager. The Oconee County Sheriff's Office says 36 year old, Kayla Merritt Kelley was taken into custody Monday. She's charged with 2nd degree criminal sexual exploitation of a minor and criminal solicitation of a minor.
Investigators say, Kelley had sex with the teenager in recent weeks. The Sheriff's Office also says the two exchanged explicit photos and videos. A photo of the suspect can be found on our website, 989WORD.Com
