An Upstate Sheriff's Office is moving the loss of one of its own. The Anderson County Sheriff's Office says Master Deputy Adam Scott passed away unexpectedly, Sunday afternoon.
Scott also served as a firefighter and dispatcher in Anderson County. Both the Sheriff's Office and Scott's wife Ashley announced his death on social media.
Master Deputy Scott was a native of Anderson County having grown up in the town of Starr and graduated from Crescent High School. Scott is survived by his wife Ashley, their 6 week old daughter and two stepdaughters.
