Deputies with Greenville County Sheriff’s Office are investigating a shooting that took place in the parking lot of 100 Crestwood Forest Drive, Greenville, SC.
At 6:46 pm, Deputies received a call in reference to shots fired. Deputies arrived on scene and located a young juvenile male victim suffering from at least one gunshot wound. The victim was sitting in a vehicle in the parking at the time of the shooting. A second vehicle was also struck as a result of the shooting, which was unoccupied.
Deputies quickly located the victim and transported him to the hospital. The victim’s status is unknown at this time.
This investigation is in its early stages, additional information will be released as it becomes available.
