A bill has been introduced in the U.S. that would require every eligible American to vote. Democratic Congressman John Larson of Connecticut has introduced the bill. The bill titled the "Civic Duty To Vote Act", would require Americans to vote in every regularly scheduled federal general election. If the bill, passed it would penalize every eligible voter that didn't vote with a fine of $20 for each federal election they didn't vote in. What do you think?
