
For most of 2021, there have been companies looking to fill positions. The pandemic left several companies understaffed and the benefits available to those out of work where at record high marks. As an incentive to get people interested in filling needed vacancies, companies began offering sign on bonuses. We have seen and heard of new hire bonuses. However, so many in the workforce worked almost, if not completely continuously during the pandemic. Those that did worked through the pandemic have not gotten widespread bonuses from employers. Which begs the question, should companies be paying bonuses to existing employees? We want to hear from you. Let us know below.
