As we previously reported, Congressman Ralph Norman is calling out SLED for their handling of Alexander Dickey, a career criminal who is charged with the murder of 22 year old, Logan Federico. Norman has called for an explanation from SLED Chief Mark Keel on how Dickey was free at the time of the murder. Do you think Keel should resign from his post, as a result?
