Six people from the Upstate including two former police officers and a former firefighter are facing charges in a child sex crime investigation. Officials say, some of the crimes were committed more than 25 years ago.
As we previously reported, former Greenville City Firefighter Matthew Joseph Fay and former Mauldin Police Officer have both been arrested for criminal sexual conduct with a minor, conspiracy and other charges.
Four others including former Greenville Police Officer Waylon Rogers, Edward Storer, Jeanine Storer and Paula Foltz have all been charged in connection to the case.
Investigators say Fay drove a victim to various locations so the other men could sexually assault the child. The two women in the group are charged with accessory, conspiracy and unlawful conduct towards a child.
