One person is dead after a weekend apartment fire in Greenwood. The fire broke out Sunday at the Cambridge Apartments on Cambridge Avenue East.
The Greenwood County Coroner's Office says According says firefighters extinguished the flames and found a man dead, after 1PM Sunday.
SLED has been called into assist in the investigation. The Coroner's Office says foul play is not suspected and the victim's name will be released at a later time.
