Spartanburg Co. man sentenced to 20 years for drug trafficking

A Spartanburg County man with a documented criminal history will spend two decades in prison for drug trafficking.

The 7th Circuit Solicitor's Office says 35 year old, Thomas Bradley Solesbee pleaded guilty to charges of trafficking meth and fentanyl, intent to distribute psychedelic mushrooms, weapons violations and failure to stop for police.

Last year, a search warrant was executed at Solesbee's home uncovered a pound of meth and a gun. Months later was found with fentanyl, guns and meth inside his vehicle during a traffic stop.

Then in March of this year, he led police on a chase and after escaping was arrested days later and was found with another 2 ounces of meth and psychedelic mushrooms.

Solesbee has been sentenced to 20 years in state prison and will have to serve 85% of his sentence before being eligible for early release.
