Polls are officially closed in the special primary runoff to determine the Republican candidate for the seat of Spartanburg County Sheriff.
The race was called within a couple hours in favor of Bill Rhyne with over 70% of the vote. You can see the full results listed down below:

• Rusty Clevenger - 26.09%
• Bill Rhyne - 73.91%
Additionally, a runoff election was held for the 3rd District seat for Spartanburg County Council in which Paul Abbot, Jr won the seat with nearly 60% of the vote:

• Paul Abbott, Jr - 59.70%
• Jason Lynch - 40.30%
