An Upstate man is facing charges after investigators say, he sexually abused a child for a period of over seven years. The Union County Sheriff's Office says, Lance Edward Delany was arrested last week for criminal sexual conduct with a minor.
The Sheriff's Office says, Delaney is accused of sexually assaulting a victim in 2018 who was between 7 and 8 years old. The sexual abuse reportedly continued until earlier this year. Delaney has been initially denied bond and is being held in Union County.
