A one-year-old child is among the three victims of a shooting Seneca Police say was "domestic-related." A 9-1-1 call brought officers to Greenfield Apartments on Fairfield Drive just after 6:00 PM, Wednesday.
The baby and two adults were airlifted to the hospital, one of the grownups listed in critical condition following emergency surgery at Greenville Memorial.
The suspect, identified as Emmanuel Onious Williams, was arrested two hours later in Gwinnett County, Georgia. He faces charges there in addition to the three counts of attempted murder when he's returned to Oconee County.
