One person is dead and a suspect is in custody after a shooting at an Upstate apartment complex. The Greenville Police Department responded to a reported shooting at the Plantations at Haywood Apartments, just before 6PM Friday.
The victim was taken to a local hospital, on Saturday police announced the victim had died from their injuries. The suspect identified as 24 year old, Seth Porter. He was taken into custody and is charged with manslaughter.
The identity of the victim has not been released, as of the time of this report.
