It was a busy scene Wednesday afternoon, September 25, 2024, on Anderson Road in Piedmont. Deputies responded to the Dollar Tree after an 18 year old suspect robbed the store, "gun in tow."
According to the Sheriff's Office, Deputies quickly tracked down the suspect, with the use of a K9, shortly after the crime was committed.

Detectives were able to recover the stolen money, along with the suspect’s gun.
