A teenager is facing charges after a shooting in the Upstate, left one person injured. The Spartanburg County Sheriff's Office responded to a home in the 700 block of Treeline Road in Moore, around 2PM Tuesday.
Upon arrival deputies spoke to witnesses who reported that a fight involving several people escalated into shots being fired. The Sheriff's Office says most of those involved and fled the scene already. Investigators determined that a juvenile was shot in the incident. The juvenile was taken to Spartanburg Regional to be treated for a gunshot wound to the hand.
18 year old, Caleb Dewayne Henderson a resident of the home where the incident occurred was then taken into custody. He's charged with accessory after the fact and a weapons violation.
