An Upstate teenager is facing charges after deputies say he fired shots into a moving vehicle, over the weekend. The Anderson County Sheriff's Office responded after three people reported being shot at inside a truck on Highway 28 Bypass.
The suspect was identified as 19 year old, Issac Jessamine. Detectives say he is a suspect in another investigation in a different county involving the same victim. The incident happened when Jessamine drove up next to the victim and opened fire at their truck.
Jessamine was later taken into custody in the Townville Community. He's charged with aggravated assault, shooting into a vehicle and a weapons violation.
