A teenager is dead and another is in custody after a shooting at a North Georgia fast food restaurant. As we previously reported, the Elberton Police Department responded to the McDonald's there just before 10:30 PM, Tuesday.
Upon arrival the victim, a 17 year old boy was found with multiple gunshot wounds after an argument with a customer. The victim was taken to a local hospital where he later died.
Investigators now say the 15 year old suspect has been arrested on charges of murder and other crimes. Police say the teenage suspect turned themself in around 2PM Wednesday.
Neither the victim nor the suspect have been identified, as of the time of this report.
