Three suspects are in custody and the search is on for two others after a shooting at an Upstate fast food restaurant. As we previously reported, the Gaffney Police Department responded to a shooting at the McDonald's on East Frederick Street, in early December.
Investigators this week announced the arrests of three suspects Cortrell Rashard Tate, Isaiah Marquis Smith and Jaubron Cord'e Tate. All three face attempted murder and other charges.
Investigators are still working to locate two 18 year old suspects, David Allen Jr. and Elijah Fonnah. Anyone with info on there whereabouts is urged to contact the Gaffney Police Department at (864) 206-3334.
