SLED says three family members of an Upstate boy who died in 2022, have now been charged in his death. 13 year old, Robert Blake Fish died in October of that year. The boy had been diagnosed with Lennox Syndrome, earlier in life.
An autopsy determined the boy died from malnutrition and dehydration and that medication was withheld from him. SLED now says the boy's mother, Hope Fish and other family member Freddie Fish and Freddie Fish II were arrested, Wednesday.
Hope Fish is charged with murder, felony child abuse and unlawful conduct towards a child. Freddie Fish II faces accessory to murder and unlawful neglect. Freddie Senior is charged with unlawful conduct.
